Please consider below points if you wanted to grow financially as well as technically. This company dont have good experienced people from industry( Banking sector ) Leads with Less knowledge about trending technologies and Domain. Learning for fresher is good for short amount of time but after that switch is necessary for both financial as well as technical growth. Financial growth would be very less if you stay with this company for longer time.( Trust me on this , i was key player in dream project of forbes management. I wroked for 3 years on below low salary but after that switched company for better growth) No onsite opportunities. Worse working ambience.( Office is old godown )

1. Very less Salary (8k-10k for freshers). 2. Bad Management with lots of politics. 3. Bad Ambience. 4. Only one Toilet for men that too very small. 5. Very small canteen (bedroom size) with pathetic food facility. 6. No pick up and drop facility even from Thane station. 7. Repetitive work. 8. No overtime salary is provided if we need to work after office hours. 9. Will always keep freshers in 3rd party payroll. 10. Very less yearly increment (1.5k-3k). Infact no increment was given to employees in year 2016.
