- inconsistent pay schedule (waited three weeks for a check multiple times) - poor communication from management - uneven distribution of side work - high turnover rate - unfulfilled promises including when the brewery would open (four months after interviewing), guaranteed hours/positions, events and attractions - LARGE amount of underage drinking allowed to the point where it was endangering people I could really go on and I’m sure any previous employee would agree.
