      FLYdocs is a product based aeronautical compnay, So there isn't any new to learn after some stage for IT guys.

      Company is good. Growth will be good. It is a product based company so you will be doing the same thing. Only your salary will increase otherwise no other interesting things to do.

      Cons

      Senior Management does not respect for employees at all. They want robots not employees.
