A company that will not be successful

Pros

If you are a payer consultant, they will probably be able to keep you billable, which is the only thing this company cares to do for it's consultants.

Cons

Weak leadership, no team-building, unidentifiable culture, no internal communication, bad behavior at VP level - passive-agressive; no sales force

Pros

Good salary, great teams, good people, all expenses are paid and they have a great healthcare plan. Get to work from home one day out of the week and one week each month.

Cons

Not to many cons, but I'm not impressed with their project management process. Most projects have way too many people involved so it's hard to get a straight answer from anyone. Project managers like to point fingers at each other when things don't go right.

Cons

- Does not provide consultants opportunities to pursue projects that they are interested in - Recruiting team hires consultants that they have never met or interviewed in person - No defined career path - Salary and benefits are inconsistent and do not align with consultant skills/expertise - Client-focused core value, but no concern for employees - Lack of HR department/resource to go to with issues
