As a honest review, this company as a whole is not women friendly. You know all of those rumors of how horrible the Crypto environment? It's all pretty much true here, You will never succeed here as a certain gender (not male), only if you come from an environment that is already in the crypto world like Galaxy, Genisis, or Falcon X, as 95% of their NY office is referrals from there. This caused a severe favoritism environment where if you came from the outside, you would never fit in or succeed. And the company culture will not change anytime soon, nor is leadership or management is willing to change it (they know about it, but don't care).

* Terrible hire and fire culture. Vague KPIs, unclear expectations with no path for career growth * Mediocre pay * Several people were incompetent, having hardly any knowledge of crypto * People end up catching strays from a lot of internal French politics. Lots of bureaucracy and favoritism * Some leaders and founders have a very extractive mindset, not just for the clients but also on the employees * The tech, infra and traders are way behind competition, their broken service based incentive model does not encourage excellence
