Flowdesk interview questions

Zero communication from the recruiter at a critical moment. A clear, time-sensitive question was asked during the test window — no reply,what affected preparation planning and the timing of test submission.

From the process below, I got to step 3 before being unfortunately rejected: 1. HR interview (30') 2. Technical test (take home over a few days) 3. Technical interview (60') 4. Chat with the Head of People (30') and the Head of Department (30') I found the technical test interesting (crypto, web sockets) & I enjoyed it. The technical interview had a positive mood. We discussed my experience, my code for the technical test and the team (tech and mission). I was later rejected as they needed "a more senior profile".
