      Pros

      Great environment with friendly and supportive people. Collaborative team and management with a solid understanding of eCommerce fundamentals. Good exposure to digital tools and analytics platforms. Opportunities to grow and lead high impact projects as well as working with other departments. Approachable and supportive management were individual contributions and efforts are recognised and rewarded.

      Cons

      Currently no hybrid working available. More time off or flexible options would be helpful.

      Pros

      the people you get to know are amazing some rare diamonds you work with in that company defo 9-5.30 job the store closes on the customers

      Cons

      always working above your paygrade, always gets told to do more then what is expected of you in normal sales role. never gets any kudos or gratitude, no follow up conversations about pay or promotions rarely promote within the company, no drinks allowed on the shopfloor IF you are not a furniture salesman Home Accessories store rooms are full of mold benith the department even tho it has been reported repeately to Health & Safety that comes to work nothing is ever actioned. IT stinks when lots of rain as happened due to the bad conditions of the roofs and water is basically leaking in.
