Pros

Incredible brand Excellent editorial and content

Cons

I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy a job at FT Live. They trade off the brand but the delivery is substandard at best. There is a culture of bullying, the leadership team are only interested in managing upwards and the rest of the business are completely disengaged. I would NEVER work for FT Live again even if they quadrupled my pay.

Pros

- Great company overall run well from the top

Cons

- divisive FT Live MD. Shouting and swearing in meetings, a tyrant and a bully. - Board level/HR either appears unaware of this or are covering it up - poor pay - unfair progression. Promotions given to people who haven't raised inconvenient questions or kissed the right behinds rather than people who have demonstrated talent - Too much credit taken for the recent successes of the department by too few senior people - several HR complaints about FT Live MD ignored
