this is not a tech company. no perks, no leaders, old school bosses and not mentors and not Tech at all. they use poor technologies for their product and for their work. they still use email for managing tickets and issues and there's no data to make any decision. in terms of finance they do it good but coming from high-tech for me working in there was like traveling into the past. the managers will chaise you for results without providing any training (as everybody is a boss in there but without background on their field) or they don't see their role as mentors . I worked 5 years in the company, all the time they promise they will change the products but nothing happens and you need to deal with a poor quality product. The new managers are more prepared people and data driven (even when they take data that's no trustworthy) but are cold, burocratic and with a leader style that loves micromanagement and ask you for reports all the time when they can see them on the platform. it's not a tech company in any sense and the recognition of your work or any feedback never will be provided. the HR strategies is to put a couple of decorations and give gifts but nothing in terms of career plans, bonuses, feedback, training or so on. if you do good (they said I was excellent) they barely say that to you, if you are bad because you had no training they will fire you. they will never give you a raise as a recognition or yearly review process, you will have to fight for it as you were begging for something that your results show for you. Any thing you can deserve will come for the cost of they asking you for more, even if it's your own holidays.
