Pros

Good coworkers that's all. Good location.

Cons

Illegal stuff, they don't allow you to take your days off the first 6 months, they don't pay it back. They lie to candidates, clients and everyone. Very low pay and if you don't do extra hours you will be fired

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. A consultant’s success at FSM Group is based on results. As an international recruitment company, we certainly do not condone "illegal stuff" and lying is not part of our business model. To investigate this further we encourage you to send more information to marketing@fsmgroup.com.

Pros

Nothing, except maybe a few after works, if you have nothing else to live for, you can earn decently (but at what cost?)

Cons

Where to start, please RUN AWAY ! Extremely repetitive administrative work, you do not use your brain a single time (they want you to act like a robot, saying yes to everything). You keep hiding the truth or sometimes lying to customers, I’ve seen some pretty much illegal things take place. A lot of companies blacklisted FSM because of their attitude/way to deal with customers (harassment) They even CHANGED the company name to bypass that bad press ! You’re expected to come 2 hours early and leave 2 hours later, work on weekends if necessary, work on holidays if necessary (FOR FREE). Your work efficiency is displayed for everyone to see (are we in China or a black mirror episode ?). Colleagues would call you names, insult, belittle/denigrate your performance, A LOT of jealousy. A working environnement where everybody wants to leave that awful company but need to feed themselves, so basically a bunch of phonies smiling to each other. I’ve seen colleagues in depression, taking pills to cope, I’ve seen it all. Micromanagement is everywhere, if you spent 1 more minute on something you’ll get called in front of the entire office, “what are you doing, why ? You were supposed to finish 2 minutes ago, you really need to get it together and finish fast, we’re not here to play”. Don’t even try to justify your actions, they’re going to say something related to your performance compared to your colleagues so that you feel dumb/guilty/unworthy and shut the hell up (of course in front of everyone). Deals are like 5-10% of the job, the rest of it administrative (print papers, write docs/papers, save docs, send a million mail a day). They’ll sell you big dreams, “a quick evolution within the company” it’s just a stupid title, you are basically an HR that earns a small percentage every time you force a company to close a deal. In half a year I’ve seen 60-70 people leave (pretty much half of the office) ! I’m begging you, for your mental health, do not go there !

Pros

Blake & Partners realized a rebranding and turned into FSM GROUP but it's basically the same company. If you want to get a clear and honest review I would suggest to visit Blake & Partners page on Glassdoor. Eyetech Solutions / Fuse Engineering / James Woodman / LEDR Executive Solutions are also a part of Blake & Partners.

Cons

-incredibly high turnover -doing the same calls again and again -juniors consultants presented as specialists to the clients -toxic management -lot of pressure -long and unpaid extra hours - pushing their consultants to add positive reviews on Glassdoor and Google

Hello, We're sorry to see your low rating. Indeed, FSM Group is not for everyone: you need to be passionate about sales and recruitment in order to fit into our culture. If you are not someone who can handle hard sales then this company is not for you. We wish you the best in your career.
