      Really good benefits and some good employees

      Cons

      Favoritism towards one kind of race , hr does not care about employees and doesn’t follow state regulations. The call center supervisor is rude and talks down to everyone and is very biased.

      Support from HR and some associates.

      Cons

      The company waited too long to make changes to serious issues they were informed of long ago. Now they are dealing with a poor rating and trying to keep customers and vendors as a result. Some managers have an ego issue, and the CSR team is treated like a red-headed step child when that department is the first line of defense.
