Where should I start from? The worst company I have come acrossed in ages. The colleagues are deceitful and manipulative. There is no work not even in a single dept. They run the same projects over and over again. The new comers are handled with the same old project and are asked to apply their brains which they start losing after 6 months. As theirs nobody to watch anyone your colleague will try to get you in all sort of trouble. They are the best game players. Anyone whose been working in the Research section, I mean the lab facility for over a year could be called the good players because all they do is play stupid mental games to drain you off your energy so you leave the company. There will be all sort of tantrums and remember they are stalkers, they will even harass after you leave the job. You can't do anything because it's all about lies. They threaten you through e-mails.They will lie non stop on your face. The management won't support you,people have cried in front of the management but their was no help provided to them. In fact nobody is ever going to help you. The immediate bosses+higher authorities+HR team are all part of the game. They don't want you to work here for more than a year because your boss is not so qualified and he fears you'll take over his position because you possess better knowledge than he does. The ones with lesser grades are preferred and you'll soon realize your boss is amongst them.There will be all sort of drama,its not a company its a drama company where work is not a priority but drama is. Its all about "I want your position." Theirs lot of jealously, even the new comers, who have come through "influence" will try to dictate and play all sort of games, because they have a"higher influence " Remember most of them have come through influence and those are the ones who'll make your life a living hell. They don't have good grades either but because of their influence they try to dictate you in every manner. They hide everything from you. If you want to relax and play stupid idiotic games than please do join this company. Nobody is going to help you. Theirs no Work not in a single dept. Managers and your immediate boss survives on your knowledge and you're not even given credit for it. They have a devious environment. Dont feel surprised if you are backstabbed by your own colleague with whom you have your lunch.You'll find all sort of perverts here,women are not treated nicely. And the best part is their are few women who would ask their male colleagues to treat you badly. Its bad! People see all this and they laugh on you because you are being mistreated. The boss will give you a pervy look every now and then. He will even check you out. This being the scenario in the RESEARCH FACILITY. A bad working place to work. DO NOT JOIN EVEN IF YOU READ SOME FAKE GOOD REVIEWS. BECAUSE ONCE YOUR IN. ITS A SCARY PLACE TO LIVE IN. Ask anyone who has left the company they would not have anything good to say about them.

1. Immediate Bosses fear that subordinates will take over; and therefore ensure that juniors do not remain in the company long time. They like to cut off all competition and that is why the company suffers. Otherwise, it had the capacity to overtake big companies like Cipla long back. Moreover, they are pally with the HR to ensure that the juniors leave soon. 2. Bosses make you to manipulate results. 3. It's all a show at the time of audits - other times things are very lax and slow. Then you have to stay late and finish the work in one week before the audit. 4. Pay is so meager that your exact half salary goes in travelling. Meager incentives; bonus is cut from salary itself!!!!! Never seen such misery anywhere else.
