Pros

There were plenty of progression opportunities. When things go right, you are valued and shown off like a diamond.

Cons

Despite my dedication and willingness to go "above and beyond", I felt there was a significant lack of support from management. There was little recognition of the effort employees put in, and I found the work-life balance to be unsustainable. The culture often felt impersonal, with limited focus on employee wellbeing, Greater consideration of the long-term effects of shift work and stronger support for employee wellbeing would benefit both staff and the organisation.

Pros

There’s some really good people here.

Cons

Oh, so many! All the top management, many are toxic and looking out for their own wealth/interests. Expectations are unrealistic, from when I started to leaving a decade later the workload at least quadrupled. People making mistakes everywhere, not because they’re incompetent but overworked.
