      They spend a fortune on parties...

      Cons

      Leadership plots against good employees and shows favoritism towards certain employees. Fires really good people for no reason!! You aren't allowed to have a life outside the company, you will get fired.

      Great employee events Hire really good people who are hard workers

      Cons

      The good people leave or are fired. The senior team is paranoid, invasive and extremely gossipy. Most of the trusted circle of management exist because they have kept inappropriate confidences of the CEO rather than their work product.

      High turnover, no leadership

      Pros

      None I can think of. I did get paid for the hours worked but that's about it.

      Cons

      This place is run with no leadership and no planning. Management turns over at an alarming rate. Some are fired, some quite in frustrations, some just disappear. There seems to always be plotting with the CEO and HR as to who to get rid of next. I have not been able to find or understand any rules or processes other than the ones that regulate employees so they can write us up.
