Worst company I ever come across in my entire life. especially research associate department. Rashmi , who was a lead generation executive is now a team leader after 6 years of job experience, still, she confused what she is saying and doing. She is a lady with 0 knowledge with skills. she is best for a content writer not as a Researcher. Abhishek , who is well known for no knowledge with skills. He is neither a good seller nor a good mentor not having good management skills with good or high educational background like MBA . They can remove someone having 2 years of experience with a good educational background as well, they know what they are doing over there. They can terminate anyone unnecessarily - if you can't be the fool or brainless like them. I wish someone should go and check all the reports done by all the past and present members. Anyone can judge the standard of that team from that point in time. They can ruin any bright employees life unnecessarily. I just wanna say one thing - due to poor leadership skills and less hierarchy such kind of things are happening with good and dedicated employees. Who not only spend much time in office but also quite efficient enough.
