Working at Excellence IT provides a great mix of experience with different IT technologies and systems, allowing you to further grow your technical skills. Being an MSP there's interaction with customers who present a wide variety of problems that require a good knowledge of IT solutions to come up with a solution that works. The teams at Excellence IT have a great work culture, and are always willing to help out with any manor of problem, staff are encouraged to work together to help further each others knowledge of systems. Training opportunities are identified within the teams and the business works with staff to organise suitable training for their needs.
Cons
I don't have any negative comments to make regarding my job or the company I've been working here for just over 4 years now and I'm very happy with the way the business operates and how they've worked with me over the years to ensure I meet their goals and also provide a good work life balance for me outside the office.
