      Interesting challenges. I really like the balance between work life and home life. I definitely learned a lot.

      The startup culture makes my day to day a little too hectic. I think that they need to be more focussed.

      Great place to learn new technologies. Great place to start your career. CEO with great vision of the business.

      Cons

      Simple. There’s no employee benefits. Salary much below the medium. I’ve got a 10usd salary raise after overachieve company goals !!! If you’re lucky, you’ll receive a small tv because management refuse to pay the annual bonus.
