Pros

It's pretty easy if you get the hang of it. Free bagels, coffee, and location. Full health benefits

Cons

Most of people that work there are scums and weird. A lot of the managers think they are Jordan Belfort and are better than you just because they make more money. The product your selling isn't that great. They treat their clients badly and their trainees worse. Do not work here.

Pros

-Free bagel Fridays -Location -Fun environment at times -Casual dress code

Cons

Notice that all positive reviews are on the same 1-2days? That's because the CEO bribes everyone to leave a review in exchange for what ever prize he chooses (ie. giftcard, cash, etc) In order to receive this prize, you have to email him the title of your post. This defeats the purpose of leaving an anonymous review and is unfair to job seekers looking for a true opinion of the company. I accepted this position about a month ago and truly regret my choice. I only stayed because of the holidays and I am excited for the job market to open up again for 2017. Here is why this company will lose a great employee: -Lack of professionalism. Of all the managers and VP's on the sales floor, only 2 have a degree and it shows. I heard that some of them even have a criminal background... so I took to a simple name search on google and was disappointed to see that was true. Not the kind of leadership I want. -ANYONE gets hired. A handful of people are hired every week that are no qualified for the job whatsoever. This is truly an injustice to those that got their hard earned degree, or have a strong work experience. The company seems to not value quality. -People are fired every week. Again, do not waste people's time getting this job if they are not qualified enough, only to fire them a few weeks later. Managers display a lot of favoritism and will only invest time in helping you stay if you're attractive. -At my interview I thought this position was base + commission with a quick jump from $25k to $40k once training was completed. Also the potential to earn up to $90k by the end of first year. So far, I have met no one at the company that is even earning commission, let alone earning anything more than $30k! Pay is actually 100% commission but they pay you an advance every 2 weeks that you have to make up in sales. If not, you end up in the negative. It's sad that I learned this from another employee instead of at my time of hire. -The Account Executive role is actually a telemarketer position. You dial over 100 calls a day, leave dozens of voicemails, only to speak with maybe about 2-3 people if they don't hang up on you. -Cold calling is better than the recycled leads they give you. Some of the "warm leads" are people that have been refusing their product for up to 4 years. Some people call that harassment. -The product is a scam. They claim to have an A+ with the BBB yet all of their reviews on there are complaints. The lists are 10x over priced and don't even deliver accurate information. All most every list is incorrect or not what the client asked for. Management tells us to get the credit card and worry about the list later. This is not fair to the client especially if giving them a refund is nearly impossible. This is not a company I would like to be associated with. I'm embarrassed to tell my friends and family where I work for fear of them looking Exact Data up. If you are a job seeker considering this position, please do yourself a favor and look for the common trend on here. I ignored it thinking negative reviews on Glassdoor were just former incompetent/disgruntled employees only to also experience negative reviews on here first hand. Yes some of the positive reviews on here can be true, however, free bagel Fridays are not greater than a career. If you are serious about your career, DO NOT accept this position. There are too many other better opportunities to settle for this joke of an office. HINT: If they are desperate to hire you (hiring process takes less than a week) this should be a red flag that they are not a legit company. Lesson learned. Professionalism > Ping Pong

Pros

Bagels every Friday, cool coworkers

Cons

Only care about their pockets. Numbers game , also a lot of people having relationships with each other at that job. Also a lot of favoritism and majority of the employees there do drugs. Last thing, if you’re not kissing their butts or trying to fit in, you won’t get anywhere.

Pros

Most of the training managers are very accesible and truly care about your growth, as your performance will eventually reflect on them. Bagel Fridays, ping pong breaks, relaxed atmosphere and great staff.

Cons

It seems as though they’ll hire just about anyone, and that’s not necessarily a good thing; if you’re a slow learner or lack sales experience, you will fall behind.
