I’m not sure how this has changed since the company went WFH but essentially if you have a pulse you can get hired here. No background checks, for a while I was googling every new employee and finding some kind of clearly obvious criminal history, a few felons as well.

Recruiter followed by team member and hiring manager review. Fairly thorough process. You will need some specific examples and the more industry knowledge you have the better. If you have prior sales experience this could be a good opportunity for a transition from a current non-sales role back into sales and get that experuback on the resune
