      Good experience but company is frequently at the brink of closing doors or laying people off

      * Second to none in Coaching and Change Management experience * Training and Development is robust within the company * Organized and clear consulting framework * Salaries are higher than in similar consultancies

      Cons

      * Organization structure and roles & responsibilities are not always clear. You feel stuck in your position very quickly as there are no opportunities to grow in the near horizon * Sales process and pipeline is very weak * Quality of hires is inconsistent

      A chance to explore a more fulfilling career - no carrot and stick An implementation model that delivers sustained results because the people change. A chance to deep-dive into your craft, no gimmicks A values-based organization that lives it's principles and still recognizes individual growth. Compensation is top-notch in the industry

      Cons

      75- 100% travel. But if you are serious about coaching leaders, there is no substitute for direct observation of behavior.
