Literally everything else, the pay, the company culture, management, work hours, the stress, constant pivoting, doing a completely different role than what you were hired for (was hired as a HubSpot Dev, did about 3 days of that and then I was moved to recruiting), the expectations management puts on the employees, the constant overflow of meetings leaving almost no time to get any actual work done, and the founders are not pleasant to work with at all.
