      - Bonus potential (if model chosen) - Nice work colleauges

      Cons

      - Poor management (lot of direction changes, unrealistic goals, wrong promises) - High Risk transfer through bonus potential - low fixed salary (if no project under market average salary) - Low junior staff, so lots of workload (including backoffice and internal topic development duties) - Internal structure changes every 6 months through changing responsibilities (high volume of changing personnel)
