Pros

If you like to delve into all sorts of issues encompassed as well as outside the scope of your expertise then you could find love here. There is a fair amount of leeway and poetic license for a number of projects and tasks which is nice. The vast majority of the small team are awesome and make you want to go the extra mile to support or contribute to the groups success.

Cons

Lack of any real transparency or clarity from the top about what is really going on. Everyone has a different idea of what the endgame is and thus no clear trajectory of how to get there. Micro managing from the top is beyond tolerable and comes at a detriment to the overall goals of the company. Pay is well below the going rate especially for the number of unpaid hours employees are expected to work.

Pros

Management is extremely understanding with all staff, and will help train employees. As long as you show you're trying to do your job, they will be tolerant here. Other companies I've worked for are very quick to fire employees if they don't perform perfectly in the first couple months, Equilibrium is not like that at all!

Cons

Long hours are expected occasionally, but if you show you're willing do the work, it is noticed, and you will be rewarded.
