      Pros

      Great people and good exposure to very interesting projects. Partners are amazing and senior staff is supportive. Willing to go for projects and compete with larger firms.

      Cons

      A bit too worried with the bottom line, the quality of design seems to be a secondary priority. Some senior staff is a bit overworked and makes them unable to mentor new people.

      Their process produces good design results The designers are nice and fun to work with

      Cons

      Private equity has no place in a creative studio Leadership is so disconnected from the rest of the designers, very little transparency or trust from top to bottom Some leadership can be verbally hostile
