      Private equity has no place in a creative studio Leadership is so disconnected from the rest of the designers, very little transparency or trust from top to bottom Some leadership can be verbally hostile

      Management seem to default to negging in conversations. Most designers are underpaid and overworked and growth potential in the company is slim.
