      Avoid. Lots of redundancies the last few years.

      Pros

      Engage Health Systems still made remote working available which is positive.

      Cons

      Regular redundancies every year, staff numbers keep shrinking. Lots of uncertainty due to possible takeovers. No opportunity to grow. Outsourced staff kept on while in-house employees made redundant. Not a good place to be anymore. Even the office was unclean as they no longer had cleaners come.

      Recent change in management has proven to take the company and culture in the right direction. Now led solely by transparent and compassionate senior management.
