Pros
It has been awesome to work for such a fast-paced, growing company. Ownership is hands on and always available for mentoring, but also allows you to do your own work without micro managing. Taking ownership of projects and really making a difference in the company and taking part of the booming Cannabis industry is what makes things here awesome.
Cons
I think the cons depend on your preference. This can be a very busy place to work which might not be best for some, they are also still growing which means wearing many hats, some that are not in your initial job description. Also as a smaller company they are unable to offer the highest wages and are pretty set on a strict wage structure.
