Pros

A culture where play is genuinely encouraged and celebrated. Great benefits, including LEGO Heart and generous maternity support. Opportunities to travel to the Billund campus, which is inspiring and enriching. Open and supportive approach to internal career moves and personal development. While I haven’t personally received a bonus yet, there appears to be a strong and fair bonus culture across the business. New London Office coming 2027. WFH Flexibility. Great office location in Chancery Lane with lots of local lunch options. Flexible working hours, typically ranging from 8–4 to 9–5, which helps support a good work–life balance.

Cons

Salary could be more competitive given the level of responsibility and expectations in the role. Navigating systems, tools, and approvals can be frustrating at times. Some processes can feel overly complex or tied to legacy ways of working. While the hybrid model offers 3 days per week in the office, it would be great to have more flexibility—many employees would prefer a 2-day model, which seems to better reflect how teams are naturally working. The current London office is quite tired and no longer fit for purpose. A move is planned, which is great, but in the meantime the setup isn't ideal for collaboration or focus work.
