Overall Playermaker is a fantastic company to work for. It is a "boutique" company, meaning its smaller and has its own special niche. The company gives a lot of opportunity to take on additional responsibilities which can be a real pro when trying to learn all aspects of a business and growth career wise. There is real opportunity to shape main moving parts within the business and see your work have direct effect. Work flexibility is 10/10. Majority of team leaders are great and have tons of experience in their field.
Cons
Low pay compared to market average and very tough to get raises even when deserved, small team with shared offices outside of TLV, lack of employee benefits, little to no company culture.
