Good learning (only if they have a project, else you will be put into a team who copy past a code from the already existing project ). Good food
Cons
You will never be recognized for your work, only close buddies of the manager will be highlighted in front of the client. If you try to avoid the manager when asked about your personal life, you will receive more complaints and your tasks will be micro-managed.
