Pros

Whatever written as pros in other reviews are fake and false. It's written by management to trap job seekers and as a failed attempt to balance out the other real negative reviews.

Cons

There are too many, don't know where to begin with. 1. Advice to job seekers planning to join here. If you fall for the the extra package they are offering you, then your career will be spoiled. You will be trapped here even if you want to leave. They will threaten that they will give bad reviews and to blacklist you in NSR(you will be asked to create a profile in NSR once you join here, sole purpose is to misuse it for threatening later). They will even go to an extend where they will threaten to give negative feedback to your next employer. Pure unprofessional-ism. 2. Survival of the 'Pet'est. You will be rewarded or recognized in this organisation only if you are good in buttering and licking the top management. You can even become employee of the year or outstanding performer in the company just by doing that, even if you are good for nothing. The hike, promotion and appraisal, all depends on how good you are at buttering them, not on your performance or hard work. 3. HR Dept aka 'Puppets'. The HR management are mere puppets in the hand of top management. They can't take a single decision on their own, but just dances to the tunes of the top management. People close to top management are above all HR policies, its just clear bias and favoritism. 4. I've seen employees hired for huge/higher packages and in few months they are put into PIP for poor performance due to lack of projects in the company. Those employees are fired after few weeks. If there are no projects nobody knows why are they hiring so many employees. At the time of joining everything they say is a LIE. This is a sinking ship. Their promises are fake and please DON'T be fooled. 5. The offer letter which you receive before joining the company and the one which you sign after joining the company are way different. The company is unethical and fraudulent. The policies keep changing every morning based on the mood of the top management. Due to these horrible, varying, biased HR policies the attrition rate of the company is too much. The company loses an Admin or HR every 2 weeks, a clear example of the ridiculous work culture the company is having. Many employees join here and abscond in 2 weeks but not everyone will be lucky enough to have that luxury. 6. The company make sure every employee resigning and leaving from here will suffer to the maximum. They have the worst employee relieving process.

Pros

Fake reviews which the management or the pets put up on glassdoor which is more like a fiction novel it seems like a paradise. That is the best they can do

Just read all the cons on glassdoor. Believe me these are 100% true about how pathetic the company is. It is a one way prison where you are held up against your wishes and no leaving or no experience letter is provided even after serving the company day and night. The work is sub contracted from SAP AG. SAP AG needs to black list MSG Global on humanitarian grounds. People who lick the useless CEO get plum postings and job security which they do not deserve any. I too left the company within matter of days of joining. Even the joining letter was different at the time it was provided and the time I was made to sign the joining contract. I too did not receive any relieving letter or experience letter inspite of serving the notice period as per the signing contract. Much worst, my next employers were given negative feedback once msg global management came to know where i was joining and that too without my knowledge. But thank fully my next employers understood the situation and handled the matter maturely.

Pros

Good learning curve, since resource crunch made you to work...

Cons

- Management treat their employee like a dog / mule. Testing and development team had no WEEKEND at all for past four months, continuously rigorous Work, and this is still carrying away...not sure how long it gonna be. - Management deduct 1 day leave straight if you deviate from your login TIme irrespective of maintaining more than 9 hours. They don't question why you work late night and weekends. But as soon as you login at 10:00 AM instead of 9:30 AM..you would happen to see HR email on your leave deduction. - Members are here quite frustrated because, if you have skills of one technology, but Management would deploy you in other technology without any training plan and expect them to deliver in 5-10 days, just for the sake of billing. - HR Policies are keep on changing without any notice to Employee. - If you leave this organization after 3 months but less than 1 year of your joining then HR deduct one moth of salary just to compensate the amount that they had paid to consultancy to hire you. - MSG has policy once you Join organization you can NOT work in other Insurance organization like SAP. They wont give you the relieving letter and experience certificate. and final settlement takes more than 4.5 months [2 or 3 months notice period] + 2 months later. - On the day of your relieving, you wont be provided relieving letter, but relieving acceptance email...For that you need to take a print out and show to your next employer. - If you ask for even a single day leave, they ask hundred question and never even care if ask us to work every weekends.....EVERY Weekends. - Headcount was around 120 in Bangalore branch until March 2016...Now it reduced to 90 within 3 and half months. - Management set high un-believable Goal objectives just to justify you are not worth to take away any Hike compensation on your performance. really..non-realistic.... - Please consult MSG people not only one but more just to be sure enough if you can fit well in this organization. - HR changes every month...GOd knows the attrition rate is quite in management unit then Technical. - No proper planning on projects, People keeps on shuffling from one project to another, you could not even think in next month where would be and in what situation of delivery - They ask every documents before releasing offer letter to you, but at the time of relieving MSG would not hand you any work certificate, if you leave. - CEO of the company works as a sales man, only intended to bring business to the company without considering the current manpower and resources availability. He likes everyone should work more than 13 hrs a day without any balance to your personal life. Motive is not productive and qualitative deliverables but only billing to company.
