You will not be judged on the MBA degree or the years of experience you bring along. Only thing that matters here is the knowledge and hard working attitude. I was almost a fresher when I joined iLead and have got opportunity to lead a team now, a team who has spent longer time here. But I have been chosen to take this responsibility because of my fast learning capabilities only. Some people call this politics because that's all a looser can do.

If you are looking for a easy job, come here to fool around, have fun, sip coffees and gossip over ciggi breaks, you will be sent home soon. You will be asked to you leave if you are not performing, regardless of number of years you have spent here or in industry. Only fastrackers can survive, others stay far far away.
