An HR there Conducted my interview. He asked me to come into his office, then he just observed me for two minutes then, he asked me to sit down. Then I gave him my resume then He looked at it for a minute, then asked me some questions, and then he gave me an aptitude test paper. That's all.

Describe the Interview Process - A couple of rounds with HR and Co-founder. Nothing great about the process. It's asking me to write 30 words minimum, which I don't have.

General questions like why are you looking out for a job change, salary expectation etc. They will make you sign a 2 years bond and also keep an original certificate as a deposit for a MacBook which they provide. They have a 3 months notice period.

Face-to-Face It was one pathetic interview i ever faced. He have asked me totally irrelevant questions? Technical or regarding job he didn't ask any questions. I am surprise why did this company called me for interview these questions they can ask on phone also.
