Pros
- The team of people that I worked with were lovely, we were basically like a family! - Getting to help pick the playlist for the day, so you get to listen to music you like while you work. - Pretty relaxed work atmosphere. - 30% staff discount - Good in-store incentives (staff won holidays, latest tech, trips to festivals and gigs etc. and gift cards) - Flexible hours to an extent.
Cons
- Management were often unprofessional (bad communication). - No real chance of career progression, you had to really push hard to get any additional training.
