Pros
technically there is massive earning potential if they like you, there are opportunities to explore different sides of the business work from home you will meet some cool people but they'll eventually drop off
Cons
disadvantageous pay structure luck plays a major role no ethnic minorities in leadership (im sure they will change that after this) their way or the high way insane turnover you are monitored at every turn... "if im not doing anything wrong then its not an issue" but that's not true. You will get asked to collab with another recruiter and then told not to talk to them. they arent looking to help/build, they are looking to criticize and power trip. closed-minded most toxic culture ive ever been a part of rife with nepotism i get that we're all trying to make money but for them, there is NOTHING else. money value supersedes human value at every turn. everyone is constantly trying to be offended, trying to avoid doing their jobs, and trying to cause a problem. it is WILD. "rules for thee but not for me" they grew too fast and haven't realized it... the vibes are very "we're big fish in small town, South Dakota" but cannot conduct themselves in a corporate fashion. there are rogue players at every turn. they just haven't figured out how to grow within the growth. i get it honestly and this is a very understandable problem with how fast they've blown up and wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't so obviously toxic and only white people in positions of power (no, outsourcing your IT to Mexico to save money does not count as diversity). they will likely turn their chins up at this but the truth is the truth. yall aint just South Dakota no more, you're big time now so act like it. they will ignore all criticisms since they make money and surely they must be right. including these reviews, they will just cope. it's actual insanity.
