Pros

None. There is nothing good about this company.

Cons

The company lies about what you can make. They charge you almost $300 for tools that should be free. You share an Indeed account with your team. You have to make 60–80 cold calls a day. They want you to focus on cold calling during the 8 hours you work and then do your postings and everything else after hours for free. When you start, you are considered a W-2 worker. After taxes and tool deductions, you will take home $1300 a month. For this to be a remote job, the work culture is toxic. Micromanagement is very high. The coaches are unprofessional; they will cuss everyone out if the team doesn't meet weekly goals. The contracts that companies sign are contingent. If a candidate doesn't make it to an interview, then it still falls back on you, even if you make sure to check in with the candidate in enough time to make sure that they get to the interview on time. You are honestly a sales associate. Recruiting is not what this position is about; they expect you to do sourcing on your off time, especially on weekends. Unnecessary meetings throughout the day that sometimes run longer than an hour The training for 4 weeks is pointless because there are things that they fail to teach that will make your efforts easier. This company is a scam, and the process is out of date. Higher management refuses to make changes to the structure that reflect the changes that are being made in the industry due to the economy and the times. They teach you to lie to candidates and companies. Job orders are always put on hold because companies stop communicating with search consultants. Mentally, you will be drained because of everything that comes from working for this company; it is stressful, and that is horrible to say since you are remote. The turnover rate is high. They have new hire classes every 2 weeks. Please look for employment at another company. Believe the bad reviews; I hate that I took this job because now I am overworked and underpaid. Just within the past 6 months, I have seen over 67 people get fired or quit that I have come into contact with. The CEO demands for us to make a great post when we have only been with the company for a few weeks. Don't believe the good reviews, they are most likely from higher up because they are in positions that give them comfort and stability. This company is not a family feel culture. The new hires do all of the work and don't get compensated for the work like they should. If you make a placement then you will mostly be splitting it 3-4 ways, it won't even cover your draw.

Pros

All training and equipment provided Full internal support from all departments Uncapped earning potential Remote work Encouraging culture (not stuffy, cooperate feel) fun, high energy, supportive

Cons

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
