Pros

This is one of the best places I have decided to work as a Social Worker. AS you probably know some Social Work jobs consist of long hours. This job is 100% 8-5PM. There are times it may be 5:30 PM. However, it is really rare. That atmosphere of the company is amazing. They want you to succeed. They have amazing staff to help you towards your clinical hours. If you are thinking this is to good to be true, I thought the exact same thing. I promise you it is not. There is also so much room to grow professionally. Also, the CEO's are AMAZING!

Cons

The company is still growing so just be aware that things may change every once in a while. I have not found that to be a bad thing. Benefits are okay but they are not horrible.
