Pros
I worked at EM for just over 7 years and it has grown its client base and employee count year after year significantly. They have some great mentors to work with and I was lucky to work and learn with some senior folks and with the CEO as well. EM gives you a chance not just to work but also contribute your ideas to improve. Close knit teams, everyone is pretty approachable. EM is not a company which will just let people go if they don't perform, they give them the opportunity to learn, help them improve and I have seen people bouncing from the bottom to becoming top performers. There are always some who cannot take the pressure of the job and go out and complain. Well you got to understand, recruitment is like sales, get a thick skin. Lastly, if you interview here and were told you can make commission >= your salary, trust me you can. I did!
Cons
Not much to say, atleast it worked for me. The office is a bit far, but parking is free!
