      Pros

      Team around me. Some real talent and hunger to make money. Unfortunately this was driven out of everyone by the local MD.

      Cons

      The leadership, sorry I mean dictatorship!!! So disconnected from the real world and has zero respect for staff and clients . Any passion I had for the business or job was quickly driven out of me. A bad body shop at best.
