Pros
It's been 2 years I'm with eSystems and I did not face any issues under any circumstances but noticed that this is the company to grow with. There are lots of opportunities which are wide open, and our efforts are highly noticed and appreciated. Management listens and responds to all your queries which were lagging in big companies.
Cons
I would rather say "area of improvement" instead of cons on Communications across the board. I see that they are finding ways to communicate with all the employers by Newsletter and by setting up brown bag sessions, but the frequency should be increased.
