Had a phone interview, in the beginning you introduce yourself and talk about your skills and experiences. Afterwards discussed about basic core java fundamentals, OOPs concepts, collections framework, and some design patterns.

It was one on one with the hiring manager. He talked about the position and what it was about and who I would be working with. They discovered me through position applied for on line.
