Pros
- Fully remote work - Nice office - Gatherings and parties are good.
Cons
- Environment driven by politics. Most (not all) managers try to control everything and do not know how to build a physchological safe environment nor how to mentor people. - Technology is VERY outdated and architecture is messy and it looks like it keeps getting worse. They also do not use industry technologies but build their own tools and libraries. All of these make developer experience a nightmare. - They talk a lot about diversity, but once you join you are required to follow strictly the company WoW. Why hire people from the industry and focus on diversity if you are not going to listen to these people and try to improve based on their feedback? - You can give feedback, as long as it is not about the privileged circle of managers or achitects. Again, very political oriented environment. - Very hard to get a promotion. Managers are always trying to pull you down during performance reviews. - The product does not work and there is no accountability for that. We can see by the user reviews that most users are not happy with the product.
