Pros

On paper, the company has a market breaking technology

Cons

In practice, the leadership is too incompetent and emotional to be able to effectively scale and compete in the market. Nothing being done is truly scalable, client relationships are consistently being mismanaged and self-sabotaged, despite competent or experienced sales people because of the personalities of the leadership team. There is zero employee training, communication or any management from the top, forcing a completely flat organizational structure which leaves zero accountability for anyone. The complete lack of interest from the management in their employees, their experience or even their responsibilities with a "anyone can do anything at anytime no matter what it is when I say it" makes it by far the most toxic workplace I've ever come across. The management has switched over to a strategy of hiring cheap labor (new grads) in order to have them everything and anything for essentially free. If you are early in your career and are looking for an environment in which you can learn and grow, be careful as most "skills" you will develop will not be transferrable in an actual competitive business.

Pros

- Lots of Autonomy and opportunity to build from scratch - Learning on the fly, helps with developing an agile mindset - Great Team - every person is an excellent team player, always willing to help - Fast pace allows you to tackle a variety of area's and add to the breadth of experience - Exciting industry - clean technology, sustainability, EV, renewable energies - the possibilities of growth is limitless - Unique product and solution - truly only one of it's kind - solution is turn-key, everything is done in-house, 24/7 customer service, Level 3 fast chargers, battery storage solution where hardware meets software - Transitioning out of start-up phase

Cons

- Evolving changes to product and business development impacts business strategy - though positively from a growth and financial perspective, the short end of the stick means workforce is constantly evolving either by gaining new skillsets or redefining team structures, which can add to the already fast-paced environment (though depending on what school of thought you come from - this is the best place for an entrepreneur who is looking to practice agility and work in a new and evolving industry)

Pros

- colleagues are friendly - not much else

Cons

there is no processes in place and no plans for improvement - in fact, process improvement suggestions are met with pushback. Turnover is extremely high and it seems like management does not believe in growth.
