Honestly really good culture. Of course YMMV based on team / management, but most people I've worked with at this company are great. Only a couple knuckle heads here and there. Pay is competitive, nice perks, and a fun company to work for

Merger uncertainty has driven a lot of good folks to leave. Can't really blame them. As with any company, dbt Labs has lost some of it's charm as it's scaled up.
