This place changed the way I look at work, and not in a good way. The environment was hostile, and people lived in constant fear of saying the wrong thing. Upper management made unethical decisions and pretended it was just business. Instead of support, you get silence, blame, and impossible expectations. The mental toll it takes on you is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Coworkers you care about leave one by one, while the ones causing problems somehow stay untouched. It’s exhausting to give so much effort only to be treated like you’re disposable. Leaving was the only way to get my peace of mind back.
