Interview
Relatively standard - phone screen followed by two more interview rounds, each with two employees simultaneously. Some seemed more engaged than others, though the questions asked didn't seem to pertain to the role they were hiring for.
After the last interview, they ghosted. Despite follow-up attempts, I had to find out through searching on LinkedIn that they had hired someone else for the role. Extremely unprofessional.

Interview
The process consisted of multiple interviews over the course of a couple weeks. Every interviewer was unaware of the previous interview I attended, so each interviewer started off like a fresh interview, very repetitive.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at andros (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2021
Interview
Warm and welcoming hiring manager and team. Had about 4 rounds of interviews, and they kept me up to date on the process. I always knew where I stood and what was coming next. Nice people!
