      Modern tool stack for the most part

      Cons

      Poor compensation, always been the case. Started as a small company with a rich and embracing culture to offset pay and provide value in other ways. Over the last few years the company has lost touch with its roots, juggling more than they can take on and acquiring new companies. Many acquired and long standing employees were let go through multiple rounds of layoffs.

      Pros

      The company has gone through a leadership change over the past two years and it shows — the strategy makes sense now and people actually believe in it. The people here are great and willing to help, which makes a big difference. If you want to grow and take on more, the opportunity is there.

      Cons

      The product portfolio is broad and priorities can shift quickly — if you need a predictable environment this probably isn't the right fit. The pace is fast and you have to be comfortable with that.
