      Pros

      I met many amazing and talented people and was empowered to make decisions when needed. This is the place to be if you want a fast and innovative company to gain experience with many new products and features. They have one of the best overall benefits compared to many organizations.

      Cons

      It moved so fast that misalignment on how the company would continue implementing the vision and mission started going wrong. Misalignment of role needs and what the business goals and parallel efforts occurred that could have prevented so many layoffs.

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
