      Difficult to move up the ladder. Must be in a position for more than a year to advance. Increase in pay is 3-4% a year but if you leave and return increase is significant.

      No promotion. It takes lot of time to climb up the ladder.

      Excessively Bureocratic; teams exists solely to slow others down and have authority without any responsibility
