Pros
Good pay, working with doctors can be fun.
Cons
Zimmer is still stuck in a distributor model, which other industries of medical sales seem to have moved away from. Kind of like the wild west, treated terribly by higher level reps (in my situation), and very VERY little support from the distributor when things would go wrong with his team. Overall a terrible, untenable situation.
